At Sophisticaedfitness.com, all orders ship with a very low flat rate cost of $5.95, no matter where they ship to (within the contiguous United States - see below for more details). We are also excited to offer, for a limited time only, FREE SHIPPING on orders over $149!

We have made it extremely easy for you to compare our competitive prices on fitness equipment and nutritional supplements as you will incur no additional handling fees, surcharges or extra shipping charges at checkout. Our list prices plus the flat rate of $5.95 will be all you pay.

Shipping / Delivery Times & Order Tracking

All products are shipped via standard ground utilizing UPS, FedEx or USPS. Most of our products ship within 1-3 business days (many of our nutritional supplements will actually ship the next day if orders placed before 11 am EST).

Orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days after leaving the warehouse. Keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates based on item availability, shipping location and shipping schedules. These delivery dates are not guaranteed.

If you have a need for Expedited Shipping, please contact us. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your request. Additional charges will apply and will be disclosed upfront.

In all cases, we notify you via email when your products have shipped. In most cases we will also be able to provide you with a tracking number at this time.
